Towards the front of the site is the retail space, which is porous in nature and designed to resemble a town square atmosphere open to the sky. There is a strong emphasis on the Food and Beverage (F&B) area, which spills over to Grand Central Boulevard. With F&B at the lower floors spilling over to the grand boulevard, it evokes the ambience of a place in a European city.
Towards the south of the property, facing the main road, is the 3/5-star hotel with its own separate entry from outside, along with access from inside the campus. Strong emphasis is placed on minimizing vehicular movement within the campus. Circulation is mainly kept at the periphery, with the central area reserved only for pedestrians and cyclists. A separate Transit Hub is planned at the entrance behind the hotel block, encouraging people to walk or cycle daily upon entering the campus, thus creating a healthy living environment.
