SKYLINE THE LEGEND is designed as a high-end residential community on a 1-acre urban site at the heart of Kochi. This unique project from Skyline Developers is intended to be a landmark building, featuring a single tower of over 21 floors. Each floor comprises only 2 exclusive sky villas, ensuring three-sided ventilation for each unit.

The unit sizes range from 3300 to 3800 sq. ft., while the penthouse exceeds 12000 sq. ft., offering stunning views of the nearby international cricket stadium. Each unit features a spacious landscape deck, providing shade to the habitable space from the harsh climatic conditions.

These horizontal decks are intentionally exaggerated to make an iconic statement, protruding above the terrace floor and concealing the swimming pool. Some project highlights include a grand lobby, lush landscaping, and a clubhouse at the terrace level with an infinity pool that overlooks the Kochi cityscape.
